In all cases payment must be received in full before goods will be dispatched.

Deposits for High End Morphs
Deposits of 25% or 50% can be made by telephoning Crystal Palace Reptiles on 020 8771 1349. This will secure the animal and it will be unavailable for purchase by anyone else.

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE

After you have made a deposit a payment plan can be discussed for payment of the balance of the animal plus shipping arrangements.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order by either Royal mail Special Delivery or TNT, Goods will need signing for on delivery so please make sure someone is home.
Weather permitting for livestock.
Mininum Order of £100 for Livestock Delivery

Pre-Order Goods
Pre-order goods are made available when we anticipate a large response to that product. As these are usually goods that are imported it is impossible to be 100% accurate on the expected landing/delivery dates. Goods however that are reserved and paid for by this method will be dispatched within 48 hours of us recieving them. Our website will give an approx delivery date for these products.
