Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%.

In all cases payment must be received in full before goods will be dispatched.
Deposits for High End Morphs
Deposits of 25% or 50% can be made online for any of our high end morphs. This will secure the animal and it will be unavailable for purchase by anyone else through our online system and will be with drawn from sale from our bricks and mortar store.
In the unlikely event that a animal has been sold in our bricks and mortar shop and the system has not been updated to reflect this, we will contact you within 48 hours and a full refund of your deposit will be made.
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE
After you have made a deposit one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours and a payment plan can be discussed for payment of the balance of the animal plus shipping arrangements.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order by either Royal mail Special Delivery or TNT, Goods will need signing for on delivery so please make sure someone is home.
Pre-Order Goods
Pre-order goods are made available when we anticipate a large response to that product. As these are usually goods that are imported it is impossible to be 100% accurate on the expected landing/delivery dates. Goods however that are reserved and paid for by this method will be dispatched within 48 hours of us recieving them. Our website will give an approx delivery date for these products.
